We’ll let you in on a little secret—when it comes to sunglasses, you’ve been paying way too much for way too long. Spective sunglasses are the real deal — we use the same materials and same construction as the leading brands — but you don’t have to take it from us, try them out for yourself!

How does Spective make money?

Spective makes a flat fee on the base price of the sunglasses, whether it's a one-off or purchased from a Spective Seller's store.

What's to stop Luxottica from replicating this?

Luxottica has spent an enormous amount of money building up the brand equity of the brands they control - they have no interest in enabling or supporting consumer-based brands.

What is your intellectual property policy?

Spective supports the creativity and intellectual property rights of everyone, and we encourage our Sellers to do the same. With that in mind, all designs on Spective must either use original artwork and images or materials that are explicitly authorized by the rights owner(s) for use. Spective does not endorse the use of stolen material and will immediately remove any design that infringes on intellectual property rights—this includes logos and images affiliated with professional sports teams, major brands, television shows, movies and musical groups. Repeat offenses of infringement may be subject to account suspension or deletion.

What is the delivery turn around time?

For domestic orders, customers will receive their sunglasses within 7 days of purchase. Sunglasses shipped internationally may take longer to arrive depending on the destination. Once we bring all processes in house, orders will ship out within 24 hours. With these funds we'll be able to bring the customization process in-house, which will enable us to fulfill orders within 24 hours.
