Meet the Executive Team
CEO & Co-Founder
Vincent, a serial entrepreneur, founded a virtual sports betting startup before co-founding FlashFunders. He has consulted for several tech startups, as well as frontier market firm Osprey Global Solutions, working on global development efforts in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. He started his career leading business development at FindTheBest and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Brian is an experienced finance & venture investing professional. Before co-founding FlashFunders, Brian was with Europlay Capital Advisors (ECA), an LA-based investment firm, where he worked on one of the largest venture transactions of all time involving Skype and Microsoft. Prior to ECA, Brian was in KPMG's Structured Finance Group. He holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Chief Compliance Officer
Alan is a compliance and risk executive with nearly 20 years of experience in lending expertise to financial institutions and investment professionals. He holds the Series 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, 27, 53, 55, 63, 65, 79, and 99 securities licenses and is a designee of the CFA Institute’s CIPM program. Alan most recently served Chief Risk Officer for SCF Securities and SCF Investment Advisors.
Chief Technology Officer
Brad is an experienced software engineer and leader. Before joining FlashFunders, he optimized internal systems at ZestFinance as Director of Engineering. He also led teams at YP, connecting millions of people with a variety of mobile, web and ad products and delivering over 150 million API responses per day. He also cofounded his own gaming startup, Flooza.
Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy
Meaghan has led numerous major marketing campaigns, including Disney’s Infinity takeover at Times Square with Good Morning America, and PayPal’s OneTouch payment launch at TechCrunch. Her indepth strategic, digital marketing and communications background has driven the repositioning of European spirits brands and brand leadership of Viacom, Banana Republic and Sony.
